Tortelloni

Tortelloni are a very famous fresh pasta format in Bologna, almost as famous as Tortellini. Consisting of a rough egg pasta sheet and a soft filling, they are embellished with our 30-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano DOP. A truly tasty first course, Tortelloni lend themselves to savory condiments such as the classic ragù alla Bolognese or to simpler, more delicate recipes such as butter and sage. In addition to the traditional ricotta and parsley filling, Gratifico also offers variations with spinach or pumpkin.
